Stitch Style Socks is a knitting book with a different. As a ’non knitter’ I’m going to try these patterns because the designs are so attractive. Imagine socks and slippers decorated with beads, gold thread or ribbons, they would make wonderful gifts for your loved ones. I’m so impressed with this book that I’ve shown it to my husband and he has immediately picked out the designs he likes best. These include (for me, not him) the ribbon socks, the ’I love you’ socks and the beaded leg warmers.

The photography and layout of this book is excellently presented, the photographs really make you want to start knitting these very appealing designs - even ’non-knitting’ husbands want to make these socks! The instructions are clear and simple and are designed, according to the book for "fashion-loving handcrafters". If you love textiles then you will really enjoy this book.
