This is a book that successfully combines embroidery and card making. Patterns are punched onto the card before being stitched, giving a very crisp and accurate finish. There are designs for a range of cards from Christening Stars to Valentines, some with several variations on a theme. All have extremely clear instructions and a comprehensive list of everything required.

The Embroidered cards are embellished with toning ribbons and beads and some cards are three dimensional. My favourites were three flower designs reminiscent of the 1950s and worked in green, lemon and peach cross stitch, they would be perfect for anyone interested in Vintage fashion.
