Heather Kingsley-Heath is a respected beadwork artist and designer living and working in the UK. Her inspirational textiles and beadwork have been exhibited nationally and internationally and her work is widely published. Heather specialises in intricate and sculptural pieces, inspired by natural forms. A keen advocate of costume jewellery, Heather’s bespoke pieces and limited edition collections are rich in historic reference and contemporary detail. Heather is a well known teacher, including work with NGO organizations overseas to support and promote traditional beadwork. Her development of beadwork techniques is regularly published and her exciting new book will be available in January 2009. Heather is the current Editor of the Beadworkers Guild Journal in the UK. Heather is always delighted to discuss special commissions for individuals and organizations, collaborations with fellow artists and opportunities to exhibit her work.
