Textile art to be showcased on TV

A new 10 part TV series dedicated to textile art is now showing on Sky channel 171, in a great new initiative to promote textile art.

Talking Threads, a new ten part series co-produced by the Country Channel and Colouricious, explores the delights of fabric art, through the experience of respected artists.

Each episode features a renowned artist, with demonstrations, interviews and an exclusive look into their portfolios. Featured artists include Jill Kennedy, Myfanwy Hart, Fay Maxwell, Kim Thittichai, Linda Miller, Di Wells, Gilda Baron, Angie Hughes and Anne Griffiths.
