The English Couture Company was founded to keep home dressmakers and professionals alike supplied with all the best interlinings and trimmings available. We have fusible and Sew-in interlinings, many are exclusive to English Couture. These are available in different weights to suit all fabrics. Although our fusible interfacings are used in the trade they are easily applied using a domestic steam iron. The interlinings can give even the lightest fabrics body, without stiffening them. We have a range of tapes and haberdashery to turn your outfits from home made into hand made. Lingerie fabrics and trimmings are the best you can buy. Our selection of books & DVDs, along with pressing equipment add to our ever growing list to assist all dressmakers whatever level you are at. We also offer Dressmaking and Tailoring courses in three locations around the country.
