Caroline likes to travel round the countryside and visit the town of Lyme Regis for inspiration for her quilts, collecting colour through what she can see. Her work reflects what she feels and helps her get through the gloomy days of winter. Her love of angels, cats and sunflowers shines through.
Work pieced and appliquéd to fabric brings her much joy. Handstitching in perle cotton and embellishing using buttons, beads, rick-rack and Suffolk puffs are the icing on top.
