Devore Dabbling Kit

By Dionne Swift
£11.50 plus postage and packing

About this kit:
It lives up to its name and gives you the opportunity to ‘dabble’ with devoré and discover some of the wonderful surfaces that can be created.

3xA4 pieces of devore fabrics to try – Hazelwood, Velvet and Satin plus 60mls devoré paste and quick start instructions.

Silk/Viscose Rayon velvet - the viscose creates the pile of the cloth which is removed by the devoré process, leaving translucent silk behind.

Silk/ViscoseRayon satin - the viscose forms the satin weave which when removed reveals a robust silk layer.

Polyester/Viscose Hazelwood - viscose is the cellouse fibre in this cloth, when removed it leaves a fine mesh of polyester creating a very delicate effect.
