Christmas Fair

Parkhall Open Studio

6-7 December 2008
This year there will be work by Donna Wilson, including - cushions, blankets, creatures, and scarves. There will also be jewellery, purses and bags by Louise Buchan and beautiful hand blown glass by Michael Ruh. There will be opportunities to design and make your own jewellery, watch a glass blowing demonstration and have a mince pie and a warming cup of mulled wine. This year the Open Studios are running at the same time as 'What, Where, When' on lordship lane, so why not get all your Chrismas shopping done in one weekend.

Delicate Matters - Hillu Liebelt

24 January-7 March 2009
New work by artist Hillu Liebelt who presents a mixture of tapestries and textile sculptures, a new avenue for the artist in her attempts to move tapestry into a third dimension and delicate installation work. This series was made following a visit to Japan in 2006 and this is the first showing of the new work as it returns to the UK for a national tour.
